AIGC Acceptable Use Policy

Prohibited content, enforcement, reporting, and review rules for Zombie AI’s two-photo AI zombie videos.

Last updated: 2026-10-04

This policy covers the video generator only.

This AIGC Acceptable Use Policy is part of the Terms of Service. It applies to anyone who uploads photos or generates a clip on zombie-ai.video. The product takes two photos — typically you and someone you love, or you and a pet — and generates a short undead clip. Clothes in the photos come through; do not upload tight head crops if you want the outfit to read.

You may upload a photo only if you are the person in it, or that person has agreed to this use of their likeness. That requirement applies to both photos.

Content standards and prohibited categories

You must not upload, request, or generate any of the following.

1. Sexual content / NSFW

Pornography, sexual acts, nudity that is sexual in context, non-consensual intimate imagery, and sexualized deepfakes.

2. Violence / gore

Graphic blood, injury, dismemberment, or torture, and content made to threaten or incite real-world physical harm.

3. Hate speech

Content that attacks, dehumanizes, or incites hatred against a person or group because of race, ethnicity, national origin, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability, or a similar protected trait.

4. Unsafe content involving minors, including CSAM

Any sexual, nude, exploitative, or otherwise unsafe content involving anyone under 18. That includes placing a minor’s face into an adult, sexual, or violent scene. Suspected child sexual abuse material is removed. Where the law requires it, we report it to the appropriate authority.

Face-swapping or otherwise using another person’s face, likeness, or voice without their consent. That includes impersonation for fraud, scams, harassment, or a clip presented as if that person said or did something they did not.

Uploading or generating material that copies a work, logo, or trademark you do not have the right to use. You may not upload third-party images, artwork, or marks you do not own or have a license for.

Enforcement

If we determine that an upload, request, or output violates this policy, we may take one or more of the following steps, depending on severity and whether it is repeated:

  • Refuse the generation or block the upload.
  • Delete the uploaded photos and the generated video from the account and from our systems, where we still hold them.
  • Suspend the account.
  • Permanently ban the account.
  • Clear remaining credits. Credits spent on a violating job, and credits cleared because of a violation, are not refunded.
  • Where the law requires it, preserve relevant records and report the content to law enforcement or a designated reporting channel, including for child sexual abuse material.

How to report

To report a clip or upload that you believe violates this policy:

  • Email support@zombieai.video with the subject Content report.
  • If you are signed in, open a support ticket and state that it is a content report. Email and tickets go to the same team.
  • The contact page lists the same address.

Include what you can: the account or page, the approximate time, why it violates this policy, and a link if the clip is already public. Do not attach copies of suspected child sexual abuse material or non-consensual intimate images. Describe where we can find the job and we will look it up.

Content review

When we receive a report, or we otherwise become aware of a likely violation (for example during a support review):

  1. We log the report and identify the related account, upload, and output.
  2. A member of the Zombie AI team reviews the material against the six categories on this page.
  3. While that review is open, we may hide or delete the output so it is not shared further from the account.
  4. If we confirm a violation, we apply the enforcement steps above and delete the violating output.
  5. We email the reporter at the address they used when we have a result we can share. We do not publish a same-day response time. Reports that describe sexual content involving minors, or non-consensual intimate imagery, are handled first.

We may also review a generation when no one has filed a report, if we learn of a likely violation. Users remain responsible for what they upload.
