Terms of Service

Terms for Zombie AI, including the AIGC rules for two-photo AI zombie videos.

Last updated: 2026-10-04

Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using this service, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and the AIGC Acceptable Use Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

Description of Service

Zombie AI (zombie-ai.video) is a two-photo generator for short AI zombie videos. You upload one photo of yourself and one of someone you love (or a pet); the service returns a clip with a standoff, a memory, and a gun that does not fire.

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time, with reasonable notice where possible.

User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use or security breach.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations.
  • Infringe on the intellectual property or other rights of any party.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or data.
  • Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the service.
  • Use the service to send spam, malware, or other harmful content.

Photo uploads and generated face-swap videos are also governed by the AIGC rules below. The same rules are published as the AIGC Acceptable Use Policy.

AIGC Acceptable Use Policy

These rules cover the video generator only.

You may upload a photo only if you are the person in it, or that person has agreed to this use of their likeness. That requirement applies to both photos.

Content standards and prohibited categories

You must not upload, request, or generate any of the following:

  1. Sexual content / NSFW. Pornography, sexual acts, nudity that is sexual in context, non-consensual intimate imagery, and sexualized deepfakes.
  2. Violence / gore. Graphic blood, injury, dismemberment, or torture, and content made to threaten or incite real-world physical harm.
  3. Hate speech. Content that attacks, dehumanizes, or incites hatred against a person or group because of race, ethnicity, national origin, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability, or a similar protected trait.
  4. Unsafe content involving minors, including CSAM. Any sexual, nude, exploitative, or otherwise unsafe content involving anyone under 18, including placing a minor’s face into an adult, sexual, or violent scene. Suspected child sexual abuse material is removed and, where the law requires it, reported to the appropriate authority.
  5. Deepfakes and use of someone’s likeness or voice without consent. Face-swapping or otherwise using another person’s face, likeness, or voice without their consent, including impersonation for fraud, scams, harassment, or a clip presented as if that person said or did something they did not.
  6. Copyright or trademark infringement. Uploading or generating material that copies a work, logo, or trademark you do not have the right to use, including third-party images, artwork, or marks you do not own or have a license for.

Enforcement

If we determine that an upload, request, or output violates this policy, we may, depending on severity and whether it is repeated:

  • Refuse the generation or block the upload.
  • Delete the uploaded photos and the generated video from the account and from our systems, where we still hold them.
  • Suspend the account.
  • Permanently ban the account.
  • Clear remaining credits. Credits spent on a violating job, and credits cleared because of a violation, are not refunded.
  • Where the law requires it, preserve relevant records and report the content to law enforcement or a designated reporting channel, including for child sexual abuse material.

How to report

To report a clip or upload that you believe violates this policy, email support@zombieai.video with the subject Content report, or open a support ticket while signed in and state that it is a content report. The contact page lists the same address. Email and tickets go to the same team.

Include the account or page if you know it, the approximate time, why it violates this policy, and a link if the clip is already public. Do not attach copies of suspected child sexual abuse material or non-consensual intimate images. Describe where we can find the job and we will look it up.

Content review

When we receive a report, or we otherwise become aware of a likely violation (for example during a support review):

  1. We log the report and identify the related account, upload, and output.
  2. A member of the Zombie AI team reviews the material against the six prohibited categories above.
  3. While that review is open, we may hide or delete the output so it is not shared further from the account.
  4. If we confirm a violation, we apply the enforcement steps above and delete the violating output.
  5. We email the reporter at the address they used when we have a result we can share. We do not publish a same-day response time. Reports that describe sexual content involving minors, or non-consensual intimate imagery, are handled first.

We may also review a generation when no one has filed a report, if we learn of a likely violation. You remain responsible for what you upload.

Payment and Billing

Paid features are billed in advance for the selected billing period. You are responsible for providing accurate billing information. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis in line with our refund policy. Credits cleared under the enforcement rules above are not refunded.

Intellectual Property

The service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by us and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Your uploads must not infringe anyone else’s copyright or trademark, as set out in the prohibited categories above.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the service at any time if you violate these terms, including by the enforcement steps in the AIGC Acceptable Use Policy. You may close your account at any time through your account settings.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of or inability to use the service.

Changes to These Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes by updating the date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, sending a notice through the service.

Contact

If you have questions about these Terms, email support@zombieai.video or use the contact page. To report prohibited generated content, use the subject Content report or a support ticket.
